The world is unstable.
Society is at a historic crossroads.
Industries are being upended.
Technology is pervasive.
Artificial Intelligence is on the rise.
We believe this: Humans Still Matter.
The future of work is upon us.
Organizations and their employees are at an inflection point.
Pravi helps organizations grow by optimizing their strategic plans, human capital, and business development opportunities. Whatever the industry, organizations who succeed will be built on these “human-centric” tenets:
-
In today's new world, Entrepreneurial Thinking IS strategy. Historic changes demand that organizations of any size or type embrace innovation and pursue opportunities beyond the resources currently controlled. Individuals—whether at an early stage or long-established company—need to embrace entrepreneurial thinking to thrive – and survive – in the whole new world of work.
-
In an AI-centric world, quality service is a differentiator, organizational culture is a competitive advantage, and servant leaders rise. Technology is changing many of the functions of work: customer behavior – and employee performance – is going to value service excellence and place a premium on the organizations and individuals that possess it.
-
The artificial divide between the for profit, nonprofit, and education sectors hinders progress toward solving the most vexing societal challenges. Organizations simply can’t reach their full potential unless they are active participants in the communities in which they operate. Businesses necessitate it. Employees expect and demand it.
-
The days where an individual divided personal and work life with a solid wall have passed. The recognition that excelling at work entails addressing “the whole human” – including supporting his or her wellness – is here. Organizational growth is dependent upon humans. Supporting their wellness is a business requirement not an easily dismissible option.
We deliver.

Where It Began
Howard’s Gift: Uncommon Wisdom to Inspire Your Life’s Work
Pravi’s origin can be traced to the relationship between two of the Company’s co-founders, Howard Stevenson and Eric Sinoway. Initially introduced when Eric undertook an independent study with Howard at Harvard, the two have collaborated for almost 20 years. Howard’s Gift is a book Eric wrote to capture Howard’s wisdom for building a career and life of success and satisfaction after Howard survived a near-fatal heart attack in 2006. Its content is now available for use in knowledge products from Pravi.
